CADROPs operations are steered by a seven-member Board of Trustees. Day to day management of the centre’s activities is undertaken by a Management Team, which comprises of the executive director and the heads of CADROP’s six operations departments:
- Advocacy &
- Awareness Programmes
- Research & Training
- Fund Raising & Network Development
- Finance & Administration
- Internal Audit.
The six departments will execute and administer CADROP’s activities in the three focal areas.
